Dan worked in the chemical, fiberglass, and mining industries prior to founding the consultancy and has additional consulting experience in the private equity, food machinery manufacturing, medical device manufacturing, insurance, and hospitality industries. He has an MBA from Marshall University, a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Maine, and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
